      Our commitment to you, for this plan, is to get you ranked as high as we can, within six months. We cannot guarantee a front page listing but we are certain we can place you within the top 5 pages. This guarantee is based the following criteria;

         Once a month our representative will visit your office and physically display your results.
         On his sixth visit, if our objectives have not been met clause eight is automatically in effect.

4. Conditions and Terms

   1. We require full access to your current website and we will change the administrative codes so that we are the only ones with access. This is needed since we do not want others to change or delete what we are doing. If others need access to the server then we will grant them privileges for the areas that they require.
   2. We require a three month deposit for both Package One and Package Two. Full advance payment is required for Package Three. Services start once payment has been received. Payment terms for both Package One and Package Two are net seven(7) days after representative's visit if goals were met. If payment is not received within seven days that months results are not guaranteed. If payment is not received by the time of the next scheduled visit, there will be no visit and our services will end.
