4. Conditions and Terms

   1. We require full access to your current website and we will change the administrative codes so that we are the only ones with access. This is needed since we do not want others to change or delete what we are doing. If others need access to the server then we will grant them privileges for the areas that they require.
   2. We require a deposit for all SEO Packages. Services start once payment has been received. Payment terms for all SEO Packages are net seven(7) days after reciept of invoice. If payment is not received within seven days that months results are not guaranteed. If payment is not received by the time of the next scheduled invoice, services will end.
